Financial Benefits
K&M’s 401(k) retirement plan is designed to help you prepare for retirement and attain your financial goals. All K&M employees age 18 and above are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Employees age 21 and older (excluding interns) are eligible for 401(k) participation and employer matching contributions beginning the first day of the month after completing 90 days of employment with at least 250 hours of service.
