Our History
Founded in 1958 in Renville, Minnesota, K&M Manufacturing began with a simple idea: build practical products that make hard work easier.
Originally established as K&M Manufacturing and Repair, the company focused on solving everyday challenges faced by farmers and equipment operators. Our first products — durable toolboxes and equipment steps — were designed for real-world use in demanding environments.
By the early 1960s, we expanded into replacement tractor seats, a move that helped shape our company's direction and laid the foundation of our expertise in operator comfort and equipment fitment.
Today, K&M Manufacturing engineers and manufactures a wide range of aftermarket parts and accessories designed to improve the safety, comfort, and productivity of agricultural, construction, material-handling, and turf-care equipment. Our product line includes seats, steps, and handrails, mirrors, cab foam kits, toolboxes, weight boxes, and many other equipment upgrades.
Our products are designed to fit many of the industry's most widely used equipment brands, including Allis-Chalmers, Case IH, David Brown, Ford, International Harvester, John Deere, Kubota, Massey Ferguson, Minneapolis-Moline, New Holland, Oliver, White, Steiger, Versatile, and many others.
