Laser Cutting
From light-gauge components to heavy structural parts, we cut clean, accurate pieces ready for fabrication. We cut steel sheets up to 5’ x 10’ and from 20-gauge to 5/8” thick for fast cycle times and precision edge quality.
Bending
Power, control, and repeatability. We form structural components and complex geometries with tight tolerances and consistent output—run after run.
Welding
When strength matters, precision matters. Our welding capabilities include manual MIG welding for custom and low-volume fabrication, as well as robotic MIG welding for repeatability and production efficiency. Our welding processes are engineered for durability, structural integrity, and consistent cosmetic quality.
Stamping
Flat steel blanks are stamped and formed using precision tooling to create consistent contours, mounting features, and structural strength required for seat assembly. The process delivers repeatable quality, clean part definition, and reliable fit for production-ready seat components.

Commercial Sewing & Long-Arm Capability
K&M Manufacturing provides heavy-duty sewing and long-arm stitching capabilities for upholstery, industrial textiles, and commercial applications where strength, durability, and consistency matter. Our equipment supports precise, reliable stitching across a range of materials, helping produce finished components built to withstand demanding use.
Automated Textile Cutting
Our multi-layer cutting capabilities support compressed lay heights up to 8 cm (3 inches) when processing vinyl, upholstery fabrics, technical textiles, floormat materials, and foam-backed products.
Digital marker integration helps reduce material waste and increase throughput, delivering cleaner cuts, faster production, lower material loss, and scalable output from prototype to full production.
